Below are the care instructions. Rug is a special order made through Pottery Barn. Has tassels on the 3 feet end sides of rug. Handcrafted of 100% New Zealand wool. Backed with recycled cotton; attached with synthetic latex adhesive. Shedding of loose fibers is normal and will diminish with regular vacuuming. Vacuum regularly on a low-power setting, using a vacuum cleaner without a beater brush, to prevent debris from settling into roots of the fibers.

For best results, vacuum from different directions, making several passes over the area. Do not pull loose ends. Clip them with scissors to remove. Turn rug around occasionally to equalize wear.
